Does nightshift impact my ability to get pregnant?

I work nights as a nurse and I mostly worry about how I have to go long stretches without eating or drinking at a time. I feel like my body would think I’m either too dehydrated or I’m not getting enough nutrition and will basically not allow me to get pregnant since I continually go hours without food or drink when I have to work.

Also I barely get enough sleep and I tend to be super drowsy when driving home. It’s like working nightshift is just really unhealthy and I’m worried it’s a big piece to getting pregnant, when I got pregnant with my daughter I wasn’t working consistently and mainly worked when I was pregnant, not when I was trying to get pregnant. I’m taking vitamins to hopefully make up for the nutrition loss and the lack of water 😭idk I feel like my job is a major obstacle to me getting pregnant…any advice?
