Is this tonsillitis?

Sunday very suddenly felt unwell going hot and cold monday was very fatigued and just sweating. Tuesday I was throwing up all day. Just woke up as sweating again, dribbling and have a really sore throat checked my throat and its like this. Do I need to see a GP or will it clear on its own. I also have a 6 month old daughter with no help during the day.

Those look like tonsil stones. I get them all the time. I even take them out all the time bc they bother me in there. When I have strep I usually also hurt all over. Like my neck hurts, my throat feels hot and scratchy. If you’re concerned it may be strep or something go get swabbed but tonsil stones aren’t anything to worry about. Been getting them like that my whole life and they just tell me it’s just debris and bacteria build up
