Diagnosed with adhd doctor won’t prescribe a stimulant
My husband has hyperactive and inattentive ADHD he was recently diagnosed but his doctor won’t prescribe stimulants as he says too many people get addicted. He put him on a different medicine (non stimulant) but all it does is make him sleepy. Are there any other alternatives or any thing that helped you or someone you know? He just wants to be able to focus on his work
