Husband's ex wife buying him stuff

Tell me if I'm being silly or not. My husband has kids with his ex. They're over here every other week. My husband has autism and hyperfixates on foods. His favorite safe food is the Panera bread Mac and cheese but they shut down the Panera bread here. Well he mentioned it his disappointment to his ex wife and when she drop the kids off she gave him a bag with the store bought Panera bread Mac and cheese from the Walmart in their town. I'll admit it upset me. I get she's his ex wife and they'll always care about each other to some extent. But I don't know. Seems like a bit much
