Am I in the wrong?

My boyfriend of 10 years has been having reoccurring episodes of vomiting & stomach pain that happens once a week. As a result he’s getting ready to lose his job due to having to call off work so much, we’ve spent a ton of money on tests and emergency room visits, and it’s impacting both of our quality of life as we don’t do anything on the weekends anymore because it seems like the episodes keep occurring on weekends. Every time we go to the emergency room they tell us it’s likely Cannabis Hyperemesis Syndrome as he is a chronic marijuana smoker. We always dismissed this idea, but the more I do research on this syndrome the more I think they’re right. Today I brought it up to my boyfriend and told him I think he should stop pot for a month and see if his symptoms resolve. He got extremely mad and dismissive, telling me he knows it’s not pot and he refuses to quit it. He even started yelling at me and told me to drop it. Am I in the wrong?
