Hey I think I’ve got thrush but I’m not actually sure. It burns when I pee and my entire vagina is really sore and red. Does anyone know anything that can help with the pain. Many thanks.

No one here is a medical professional. You need to go to your OB to figure out what is going on to get the appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Most likely it’ll be able to be fixed OTC. 
Also, please don’t do whatever the hell that last comment says. I don’t know what’s wrong with people but sticking aloe Vera or some other weird shit on your vashine will NOT help it.

Monistat  and utilize the exterior cream it comes with so it reliefs the burn. Also maybe get some feminine cleansing wipes to prevent scratching from toilet paper.

When I have yeast infection it gets super itchy and clumpy but yes burning while being and sore and red happens too mine gets super inflamed
