Iud affecting pregnancy?

anyone else having a hard time getting pregnant after iud removal? like WTF? it’s been 3 months for me. i’m getting my periods as normal ever since i got it out but i can’t get pregnant? also my periods are extremely heavy. idk if that could have something to do w it but im literally tracking my ovulation and doing all the stuff i need to do and im still not winding up pregnant.
