Tw possibly miscarriage

Hi everyone

So on Thursday I tested positive it was very faint the line was just there anyway tested again today and again positive still faint but more than Thursday then later on around lunch time i started to bleed (darker more brown spotting) now it’s continued it’s not fresh red blood would u say this is definitely a miscarriage (I’ve had a few in the past but normally comes with cramping and back pain I don’t have anything like that just the bleeding) thanks x
