13 weeks confirmed baby is passed

UPDATE:

Completely natural MMC—Starting having some light cramping this afternoon, then more intense in the evening right before dinner. Bled a little bit after my toddler went to bed, sat on toilet, no pain and passed sac and a few clots. Midwife confirmed. Now massaging uterus every 5 mins for 30 mins by advice of midwife with no pain and light bleeding and some small clots passing still.

Painless and not traumatic. Really grateful. I am so so sorry to anyone who has experienced a very painful and traumatic miscarriage.

Saw my midwife today. Couldn’t find the heartbeat or baby. She ordered an ultra sound at the hospital. She called me after to confirm that the tech told her baby has been dead for a couple weeks.

Never had a miscarriage before. This is my third pregnancy.

What will passing the baby be like? What’s your experience? Thinking of trying natural. Really scared of the pain. Childbirth I’ve got, this seems so different.
