Post miscarriage question!

So I’m not asking for a diagnosis, just if anyone has experienced something similar and what happened.

I had a faint positive a couple weeks ago. As I continued testing it remained faint.. then I began bleeding. I assumed chemical. I went to the ER because I had SEVERE right ovary pain. They told me it was a chemical, that my blood HCG was less than 2, just to go home, rest and follow up with OB. I called, they cancelled my confirmation appt and said if anything changes or gets worse to call back. That was the ER visit was on 12/20. I messaged the nurse at my OB Sunday night (12/22) because my bleeding had stopped (it had only began the 19th) that I didn’t have any clots really, just a few small stringy clots, and in my miscarriage back in January I passed a lot of clots and tissue. Honestly I have more clots during a normal period than I did during this miscarriage. Anyways, my other issue was that I am STILL having significant pregnancy symptoms.. nausea, food aversion and breasts that are so ridiculously sore. She got back to me late yesterday and stated I’d have to call in and make an appt, I called the office and had to leave a voicemail for them to call me back and have yet to receive that call. So, with that being said.. has anyone had a miscarriage, had blood confirm HCG was negative, and continue to experience pregnancy symptoms? If so, when did they stop? It’s like adding insult to injury at this point and I just really wish it would stop 😞
