What to do with my nails

I think my boyfriend is going to propose soon.

I have never been a nail girly. I never do anything to my nails and I keep them short. I actually have a bad habit of biting my nails.

I want to make my nails look pretty if I get engaged. But if I get my nails done, it will be VERY obvious to my bf that I think I’m gonna get engaged soon lol.

So how can I make my nails and hands look nice without it being too obvious??

I was thinking of using the clear polish that makes your nails strong and grow and always makes them shiny.
