Dating a man who can't read

I've been seeing this guy for a month. We met through a friend. We have had a good time and he's a really nice guy. One thing I noticed is he doesn't like to text. He prefers to call and whenever he does text it's a run on sentences with no punctuation. He finally told me he struggles a lot with read so he either has to have his brother who lives with him read my text or he plugs it into a voice to speak app. He is dyslexic but also was homeschooled from 3rd grade on and his parents didn't actually homeschool him. They just had him watch the younger siblings while his older brother went to school and that was his homeschooling. Babysitting, cooking, and cleaning because his parents told him he would actually use that in the real world. You mind if need to know how to read and do math and stuff in the real world too though. But he can't. I do still really like him. And even if he can't read he does work. I kind of would still like to continue the relationship though my friends think I should move on

Edit: He's willing to learn and has tried to find places to teach him. It's just been hard to find somewhere willing to work with his work schedule or that aren't expensive.
