13dpo and beta hcg was 74mIU/L

My last period was December 2, but I ovulated late this cycle according to my bbt and lh strips. I had some spotting and cramping last night and this morning, so my doctor got me serial hcgs and an ultrasound (it was def too early for the u/s, they could see what might be a sac but couldn’t confirm). Anyways just wondering if anyone else has had the beta hcg drawn and what your numbers were? I’m anxious after having a miscarriage this last summer.
