Lower back ache 3w6d
This lower back ache is more pronounced when I’m at work walking around all day, I will sometimes feel it at home too if I’m just sitting around but it doesn’t last as long. it feels like that back ache right before you get your period. No bleeding or spotting. Is this okay??
