Is this yellowish green discharge?

Had sex 2 days ago but also ovulated when I did have sex. He showed me his testing results from 2 weeks ago and he was clear for syphilis, chlamydia and gonoorhea as well as hep c and hiv. However I didn’t see his testing results being negative for herpes because he said they don’t test unless you have it. Obviously I will be going to get tested but does this look concerning and is this yellowish green discharge?
