Am I wrong to be mad

Me and my wife have 4 kids together and we have been on the brick of a divorce for over a years. We tried marriage counseling and it didn't work. I recently found out I have a tumor on my left lung. I found this out last week and have barely had any time to process. What my wife did that pissed me the fuck off is she has this pet peeve where she hates when couples say "We're pregnant" when just the woman is pregnant. I don't get it but she hates it. My sister did that with her and her husband and she was so annoyed by it. So before I can process anything or even tell my family she makes this stupid ass post on Facebook with a picture she took in the doctor's office and said "We have cancer!" I saw it at work because I had family blowing up my damn phone. I get home and I ask her wtf and she says "I just wanted to prove a point on how ridiculous it is when couples say we are pregnant when the woman is pregnant." I said "Can you not make my damn cancer diagnosis about you." What pissed me off more is that is how my family found out including my mom. My plan was to sit my mom and siblings down and tell them but no. My wife had to go make a dumb fucking Facebook post. She keeps saying she was trying to prove a point and I kept saying stop making what is happening to me about you and your petty feelings about dumb shit people say. She thinks I'm in the wrong for not worrying about her feelings..I'm the one with a fucking tumor who had to deal with family blowing up my phone also why TF are you taking pictures of me without my knowledge when I'm finding out I have a tumor and posting pull shit while I'm still trying to process everything. I've lost every will to fight for this marriage anymore and I'm saving my energy to fight cancer. I'm pissed that she is once again making something that's bad fore about herself
