17+3 pregnant

Hey, so im 17+3 pregnant. And lastnight and now im laid in bed again, im just cramping. Its feels like period cramps, so feeling uncomfortable, but not in pain to take pain relief. I cant remember having these sort of cramps with my son this far into pregnancy.
