I’m so lost…

My BF and I have been together for 3.5 years. Sex was great at first. Like 🤯🤯 amazing. I felt free to be myself and not like I had to hide. Now, the past year or so he is just not interested in sex. I have to literally BEG him..

He says he just doesn’t want to do it. He won’t have his T levels checked. I’ve bought toys and lingerie to try to spice things up, supplements to help get him in the mood, SO much money has been spent and he just says “I don’t want to take it” or “I’m not in the mood”. Even when I try to get him in the mood he shuts me down. My self esteem has plummeted. And when we do eventually have sex, there’s not really any foreplay, it lasts maybe 5 mins, and a majority of the time I don’t get off- AND I AM THE ONE THAY ACTUALLY WANTS TO! It’s just so frustrating.

The longest we went was 74 days without any type of sexual activity. This isn’t the only long stretch we have had (32, 47, 51, etc..) I am just at a loss. He is my person and everything I could ever imagine in every aspect except intimacy now. He says he doesn’t know what changed. He says it’s not me. I know he isn’t cheating bc he’s just not the type tbh (although these insecurities coming out are trying to convince me that anything is possible).

Can someone please attempt some advice or something? Bc I’m all out of options and this is really taking its toll on me.
