Early pregnancy pink discharge

Hi! pregnancy test at my OB came out positive 2 days ago. She did an ultrasound to see how far along. She said my uterus lining was thickening so she stated I could be around 4-5 weeks ( start of pregnancy ). Nothing else was seen ( yet ). I had blood work done as well just waiting on HCG results. But today I started getting this discharge. And it scared me a bit. Has anyone else experienced this?
