Toxic family trying to keep me from leaving

I live in a super small town with my kid and mom, It’s my hometown but I moved away from here for years to get away from toxic &for a better life & had it. My mom wanted us to come back and live here with her after my dv divorce & bc she’s getting older. Absense does make us forget the bad I guess because she is more toxic than ever. She is so mean daily giving me hell. I already have no help with my adhd toddler. We have no childcare openings here, I have to go 2 hours for doctors for him,& her chaos every single day makes it worse on my mental. I have ZERO peace of mind& I feel her energy makes my child worse. I have sole custody and want to leave, go somewhere with better resources for him and I both, plus peaceful with better jobs, I work remotely with him here bc daycares are full(which is stressful), so I can just leave, already have savings, plus a decent paying stable remote job”, I make pretty good now but have lots of healthcare experience and can make even more elsewhere, only reason I told my family i’m leaving is so they can help her or find a caretaker but instead I was bombarded by threats. Saying i’m not leaving, they will call the cops, a kid is too much to handle alone but they don’t even help me at all, haven’t had a break in 3 years. My mom threatens to call his dad (who has no rights due to abuse) if I consider a babysitter or a night out , I haven’t done anything for myself in a year or left this house , if anything I help them& they use me. They dont even see my child so i’m confused. I know the reason they want me to stay is so I can be the punching bag to our mom so they dont have to be. Can they stop us from leaving?? This is Ga
