TMI: 6 weeks pregnant and wiped and noticed blood

(Just a warning the mentioning of discharge and bowel movement)

I’m 6 weeks 1 day pregnant today. I’ve been constipated but nothing super crazy. Today I’ve actually been able to kind of go. This would be the third time when I had a normal bowel movement ( a bit of straining) I wiped and noticed in my discharge a small string of blood and a bit of ood brown blood. It was a very tiny amount but very noticeable. The blood wasn’t bright red but it was blood, not pink twinged. I continued to wipe and nothing else. No cramping just the occasional twinges. This would be my third baby but my fourth pregnancy. My last pregnancy was 2 years ago and ended in a very early loss. I’m a bit terrified. Does anyone know if this could be nothing? I haven’t seen my OB yet and won’t see her until 8 weeks and 5 days. I haven’t had an ultrasound or bloodwork just yet. I’m trying not worry myself but it’s really hard when the last time ended so badly.
