Does this look like a cold sore? (Herpes)

My little one got a few saws. Chemist said looks like ulsers and the doctor said what looks to be like a thrush what’s in side of her mouth. But she’s got a spot on her lip

Looks like hand-foot mouth to me. There’s little spots coming in next to his mouth as well.

Does she have any other symptoms? I see some spots on the cheek area too, could be an allergy could be viral. If she’s having any other symptoms I suggest taking her to the pediatrician.

Should have a doctor see but it doesn’t look like herpes to me more like something irritating or dry scaly skin being this young the child would show signs of severe herpes infection especially for the first outbreak

No one here can diagnose your child, this looks nothing like HSV1 and there are loads of mouth and lip conditions.
