Was I being insensitive to someone's trauma?

I am a para at a high school. I work in severe and profound. There's this sub that keeps picking up para jobs. My best friend is a sub and he says they pay more in our area if subs pick up SPED jobs. My issues with her is that in severe and profound we change diapers. Right now only boys are in severe and profound. My two girls graduated last year. She says she can't change male diapers because she was raped as a teenager and make gentiles trigger her. Then why did you take the job? I can't just change them all for her and some of these kids do spend a little time in general education so she's having them in dirty diapers for a long time. She keeps taking these jobs but won't take care of the kid. I told the SPED teacher that she needs to not have her in our class. If she's not gonna do her job she needs to pick up jobs in mild and moderate. Am I being insensitive because I understand the girl is raped but at the same time if make gentiles trigger you why take a job where you would have to see male gentiles?
