Coq10 dose for egg health?
Does anyone know the recommendation for the daily dose of coq10 from their fertility clinic . We went to meet with our dr today discuss doing another cycle of ivf and the only supplement he recommended to take along with prenatals was coq10. When I asked the dose he just said oh just get the standard one like they have at Walgreens. I tried to google the recommended dose and was getting mixed answers.
