Im trying to stay positive, but its so hard...

My husband and I have just finished our first IVF cycle and had 12 eggs collected, 11 were mature and 7 fertilised. We had out transfer yesterday and were told only 1 was suitable for transfer at day 5 and they were watching the other 6 to see if they would improve overnight. This morning I was told none of the 6 were suitable to be frozen. How do I stay positive for the one they did transfer without being heartbroken that this is my only shot from this cycle?
