Is this a miscarriage

Period been late for three weeks had some light spotting on and off but assumed it was just late due to this and would come came on last night very heavy and woke up with the most intense cramping and burning pains and passed this sac looking clot I noticed there was something inside of it and looked and this came out,doctor can’t see me today but are saying by the sounds of what I’m explaining it’s a possible miscarriage
