7 weeks miscarriage struggling

Hi,

I am feeling devastated - 2nd miscarriage and although we have one son and I thank God, I am just torn apart by this. Ay 6 weeks everything looked good, we had a heartbeat. I noticed yellow cm and then pinkish watery when I wiped. My doctor told me to rest but I insisted to come in, he checked for heartbeat and there was none. So, that was that and I left. I took Thursday and Friday off work- but I just don't know if I can go in on Monday. I feel absolutely devastated. Any tips? How did are you coping?? Love and blessings for your healing 💗🙏🏼
