What would you do?

My bf of five years has been admitted in the hospital for a potential cardiac arrest he was experiencing for some days now. While is was in the emergency room getting a surgery I was handed his phone since I’m his only care provider right now.

lol and behold, a message pops up on his phone and it’s this woman he’s been talking to. Let’s just say it’s pretty damming and I’m disgusted to call this man my bf.

Now I just want to get out of here and leave his sorry as in here.

Is that unfair?
