Bf going out with friends

Back story, when I was pregnant my partner put me through so much. Every Friday he was going to the bar with his co workers which led to so many arguments (I was okay with him going until it actually happened) he would get so drunk & argue with me. He would get so drunk and tell me so much messed up things, he would get so drunk & not want to come home. He does not know how to handle his liquor.

He finally stopped after a month or so..

fast forward a year later he’s asking if he can start going to shows, we are 5 months pp with our LO. We have been arguing because (new baby) and I can’t believe he would ask me this knowing how he gets.

He asked if I would be okay & I replied honestly no, I don’t think we should start that again. He of course got mad “so I can never hang with my friends?” We re in our mid 30’s and I’m noticing we’re on different paths, I believe he still acts like a child. We’re not his priority, I’m going back to school to better our future.. anyways I replied our relationship is on thin ice & that’s your main concern? & said do you not remember when you were out every Friday with “friends” that’s not something I want to start again. Am I wrong?
