birth control!
hey ladies,
i'm on the nuvaring birth control been using it for almost a year. I always keep it in for 3 weeks then remove for the break week and get my cycle.
I was wonder if there was a way to skip a cycle completely? i'm assuming switching to the new ring instead of leaving one out will do that?
