Cervix pain or something ?

I’ve been assuming it’s what you guys call lightening crotch ?? But I’ve been having this pain since yesterday and it’s not just lasting “a few moments” like the Internet says. It’s been steady, hasn’t gone anywhere, it hurts to kind of walk or move and it’s down in my v-jay-jay.

(Different from the sciatic nerve pain in my back)

I’m 29 weeks pregnant

Is that just the lightening crotch??
