Is this normal?

I had a private ultrasound as I won’t get to have one until 13 weeks with my obgyn. The private ultrasound company can’t diagnose or anything of that nature. My first appointment with my obgyn is tomorrow. Is the weird blobs above baby normal? This isn’t my first pregnancy or baby, however I have had 2 miscarriages in the past and I don’t remember seeing this before in previous ultrasounds with my other children. I guess I just need some peace of mind. I’m 7 weeks and baby’s heart rate was 149. This was also done abdominal if that helps.. anyone have this?
