I just found out I got cheated on

I’m so heat broken ….. we were living together. We met my son, my mom, and my dad. I thought we were okay. He just took off and messaged another female texting her all day. I cried so much when I found out. I’m in my room in my bed alone …. It feels empty even though I don’t want to let go I have to. I just find it so hard to move on from someone that you loved. We did everything together :( I’m so sad
