Facial yoga works!!!
These pics were taken 30 seconds apart. I recently discovered the power of facial exercises. My left eye droops a bit and I started exercising it (holding up skin on eye and squinting) and look at the immediate result! I can see that my eye and even my brow are lifted and more symmetrical to my other side.
Sadly this does not last long but I’m hoping after practicing this for some time the muscle will get stronger.
