Infection harming unborn baby?

I’m pregnant and I had a dot of blood and they tested me for infections I’m scared I have infections I don’t think I would tho. If I did it would be a yeast infection. I don’t have any abnormal discharge or anything but I’m scared if I have a yeast infection or something it will harm my unborn baby. Could an infection harm my baby like a bacterial one or a yeast one?

A yeast infection doesn’t cause harm to baby and is easily treated.
