Healthy tips and recipes
Hey pretty ladies,
I decided I would be a lot happier if I lost a few pounds. This is pretty easy for me to do if I eat clean for a month so I want some yummy ideas.
I'm already a gym junkie so I'm only looking for nutrition tips.
*I want to replace soda and sugary drinks with healthy options. Juicing recipes for water retention are greatly appreciated.
*Healthy recipes/YouTube channels/websites with good recipes.
I find myself being a snacker and a sipper at night when I'm watching a show so I want to "snack" more on sun flower seeds or maybe you guys can suggest other things.
I LOVE!! vegetables so anything goes. I'm not too fond of fruit but I'll give it a try if you guys have yummy ideas.
Overall I don't believe in diets so I'm looking for delicious recipes to replace the bad habits I've been doing.
