Palpitations after another?? (For my propranolol baddie 💅🏽)

Gabby

So I’ve always suffered from palpitations for years. I have gone to cardiologists and I have done things from an echocardiogram to a Holter monitor for two weeks. I have also gotten the checks x-ray. I have done bloodwork and everything! Lately I realize my palpitations have been kind of worse and I also do suffer from severe anxiety disorder and I do have PVC. But I have noticed that two weeks ago I had palpitations and normally I have them, and they go away within like a couple of seconds and that’s it for the rest of the day. But then two weeks ago, I had palpitations and they were just one after another after another, but it was more like a single one, and it would take my breath away and it really scared me and I went to the ambulance. And I went to the hospital and they did a full blood panel. They did a EKG and everything was fine. So at this point I’m not sure if it is my anxiety and I feel truly stress but I just want to know if anybody else has experiences where it’s a set of a palpitation one after another for several minutes and if so, how did you feel? I also was recommended two years ago when I feel really anxious or my heart is racing really fast to take propranolol. Like it’s hard to describe but when I had the papa Tatian, I of course went into a panic attack mode and a lingered for like 30 minutes and then finally like when I was calm, they went away. Yesterday I was really stressed out and I had a palpitation, and then one came after another came after another and my husband had to calm me down and then finally went away within less than a couple of minutes, and just in case I did take my propranolol.
