Anyone else feel thirsty constantly?

I drink lots of fluids. The doctors are always surprised at how hydrated I am, but it gets a little frustrating sometimes. I'm getting up multiple times in the middle of the night to get something to drink, and this is since the beginning of my pregnancy. I've started keeping a water bottle by my bed just so I don't have to completely get up. Anyone else thirsty all the time?
