D Mannos for UTIs while TTC/Pregnant

I take DMannos regularly for UTI prevention/cure. It is the only thing that works to prevent or treat my recurring UTIs (I have tried it ALL!) but I am concerned it would hurt my chances while TTC or the baby while pregnant. I will need something while trying! I have heard mixed messages because not many studies have been done... Any advice?!
