Car for 4 car seats (4 kids under 4)

I’m pregnant with twins and when they’ll be born my other kids will be 2 and 3.5 (so both still need to be buckled into their car seats by an adult). Given the 2 infant car seats will be in the 2nd row, I assume an adult will need to climb into the 3rd row each time to safely buckle/unbuckle the other 2 kids.

Car recommendations? Is there anyway we can avoid getting a minivan? I know lots of SUVs have 3 rows, but they are often high and hard to access (especially with multiple car seats in 2nd row).
