i’m in a very happy 3 year relationship, i love him to death. i also work with attractive co workers and i find myself having small stupid crushes on them, not outside of work just when i’m there. i don’t act on them of course but i still feel weird about it.

I don’t think this is a big deal. One of my coworkers is quite attractive and we chat and joke since we’re on the same team. I talk to him the same way I talk to all my male teammates though. We are each happily married with children, and we know each other’s spouses as well. There are all sorts of attractive people in the world. My acknowledgment of that doesn’t lessen my marriage.

There’s no big deal in finding them attractive but you probably shouldn’t interact with them since you have a crush on them that can lead to something bad it don’t always happen but just to avoid any conflict
