Trouble with water

Any tricks would be appreciated! I tried infusing her water with oranges, cold water, warm water (as if it was her milk), room temp., I tried through a syringe, her sippy cup (can’t see the liquid), spoon feeding, rice water… I even tried 8 oz of water one spoon of formula like I saw on TikTok. Nothing works.. someone please help because her poop is now hard. Every time she tastes water she will either make herself throw up or not even open her mouth.
