Confusion

Last month my period was late af and then I got my normal period for 5-6 days. This month it is late again, I thought it was probably issues with my thyroid but it must not be. I did use to have an IUD so could that mess up my periods for awhile? It fell out about a month & a 1/2 ago because my body rejected it.

I have been nauseous this morning and super moody past few days so I’m unsure if I will be getting my period just late again or possibly pregnant too? Idk I’m just confused and haven’t gone through this until I lost my IUD. My periods were always regular with a 28 day cycle 😭 sorry if this don’t make any sense I’m just frustrated and it’s early
