I know this is just an app but

I was feeling these weird heartbeats where it was like two super close together and i could physically feel it in my chest sometimes it’s way more but in this instance it was two, and I was taking my heart rate with this app, it uses the flash and your finger, idk how it works, but anyway when I felt the two beats this is what it showed.

Is this a heart palpitations? I’ve had heart monitors before but it never caught any of them. I was having so many last night
