Jump start milk supply

Jacqueline • First round of chlomid in early January. BFP mid February. Miscarried at 8 weeks. First IUI August 7th & 8th. Second IUI Sept 6th & 7th. 2 failed IUI’s. Third IUI Oct 6th & 7th. BFP on 10/19.

Hey all. I’m in my first trimester still with my second hopefully full term baby. I didn’t produce much milk with my son and was only able to breastfeed for 13 weeks. The drs told me I might not be able to breastfeed at all with my pcos so I was proud of that 13 weeks. But with this baby I would like to exclusively breastfeed.

So my question is, does anyone have any recommendations that I would be able to jumpstart with this pregnancy? Such as starting to pump in the third trimester? Or trying to use lactation supplements to help promote more production?

I will do anything I can. Please tell me all about how to exclusively breastfeed!! Thank you all!!!
