Why are people so cruel on here?

I made a post on here basically about my mom kidnapping my 14 year old son over an altercation he got into with his dad and then threatening me with CPS. Even though the cops came and they simply told my husband not to discipline outside where people can hear. I have two daughters and we all know the sexual abuse that happens in foster care. She stole my son and was threatening me with CPS and people in the comments were AWFUL to me. Told me my son had toxic masculinity even though he hadn't done anything toxic and isn't even angry. Hating on my husband like no child ever gets into fights with their parents and he's done so much for our son by teaching him how to be a man. How to provide. How to fix a car. How to DRIVE! And villianizing me, my husband, and my family over a fight the police didn't even do anything about. I thought this community was supposed to be to support each women.

I didn’t see your post, so I don’t know what happened, but don’t air your dirty laundry out on the internet for people to comment on. You clearly were expecting certain responses, and you didn’t get them. Nobody on here knows your actual story. Keep your drama to yourself if you don’t want public opinion.

Parents shouldn’t ever BEAT their children. You are such a POS parent. You’re allowing you abusive husband to abuse your children. You’re allowing toxic masculinity into your home. You are complacent with violence against your children. Yes, CPS needs to be involved. Your son is better off without you and in therapy for the things you’re allowing. They did it because your husband did not discipline your son he physically assaulted him by punching him 3 times in the face. The police were incompetent and didnt do anything. Not crying after the age of 4 which is your husbands rule does not make a man. You say my son isnt angry hes quiet (yeah because he was told dont show emotions). Your mother was right to take your son hes in danger and you don't protect him. He is toxic even if youre blind or act like it. Im sure your daughters are also suffering from his toxic masculinity.

Welcome to the internet! As soon as you post about your life and ask for opinions in a public forum, you’re going to get it whether good/bad. From the sounds of it, there was a lot more to the story than you’re wanting to see and if you don’t like people’s honesty, then don’t post. There are many supportive people on this app with amazing advice. The truth isn’t always pleasant to hear tho.
