I’m pregnant with twins

I’m currently 7 weeks heading into my 8 weeks soon I’m pregnant with twins but everyday I’m either nauseous or just sluggish right now. I’m having a hard time really just having the need to get up and it’s definitely hard I’m barely eating I can’t really deal with the weather of Texas. But I just wanna be able to get up. There’s a lot I need to do but I just can’t. Any advice or anything. This is my first pregnancy ever and I’m just worried I’m not doing well.
