Pregnant from one night stand

2 months ago I met a guy off a dating site and for reference I’m 19 and he’s 22 with a 2 year old and a son that he just lost. I met him on a dating site and we hooked up a few weeks after talking on it and we didn’t use protection but I told him it was okay not to use anything because I was on birth control but I wasn’t using it which I now feel extremely guilty about and I found out I was pregnant lastnight and it’s been on my mind all day. I haven’t talked to him in 2 weeks and we only ever talked if it was sexual.

I feel terrible and idk how to tell him or what to do, I don’t live with my parents and I live in Texas so abortion is no option and he doesn’t have a job so I feel stuck and I don’t know what to do or how to tell him so I’m looking for advice.
