Maternity Leave

My job has amazing health insurance but doesn’t offer any form of maternity leave, not even a percentage of my pay. I’m allowed 90 days without termination without pay to return to work but that’s all. I can utilize PTO but it’ll only be amounted to minimum wage in Texas for about a week’s worth of pay. Does anyone know any programs that offer maternity leave assistance? I’m saving up currently for my baby and I to have time together but am still hoping there’s some sort of assistance out there for mothers whose company’s don’t offer paid maternity.
