blood clots? 7w+2

I’m 7weeks+2 I believe ( or +1 ) and last week I started having some super pink spotting when I wiped, then it turned to brown and clots. Mostly just when I wiped, had some stringy stuff in the toilet. I got worried, went to the doctor and they did an ultrasound and said baby was fine and it was most likely a twin although they have genuinely no evidence they said it’s most likely if twins run on my moms side ( my mom was just pregnant with twins four years ago ) continued to have that brown spotting occasional small clots. No serious pain or cramps. Did a pregnancy test today, dark positive and then this when I wiped. A bit more clotty than usual. Has anyone had this and everything turned out fine? I sent this pic to my doc, just waiting on a response. I just kinda want reassurance.
